Interview
The program consists of several key elements, starting with participant arrivals, followed by a presentation on Chubb, from the Chubb Academy. Afterward, there will be introductions of all participants and a group exercise centered around a business case. A break will be provided for attendees, and the event will continue with interview sessions involving HR and line managers. The program will wrap up with closing remarks and a question and answer session.
The interview process consisted of three rounds, including conversations with team members and leadership. Discussions focused on experience, technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and overall fit for the role and organization.

My interview with Chubb gave me a strong understanding of both the company’s culture and the expectations of the underwriting role.
We discussed how Chubb operates as a global leader in insurance, with a strong emphasis on risk assessment, client relationships, and long-term financial stability. The team highlighted that underwriting at Chubb is not just technical, but also relationship-driven. Success in the role requires analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to balance risk with business opportunity.
3 interviews in total - 1 screening and 2 in-person. Not very technical. Salary for a first-time position is great (associate role). 30-minute interview. 2-3 people will be attending the meeting alongside you.
