Had a phone interview and got scheduled for a half-day in-person interview the following week. I met with 4 people from the local office. It was very conversational and just trying to get to know each other. I am disappointed with the way the whole process went though. I sent a follow-up email to everyone, including the recruiter, after the in-person interview, and they responded. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks, so I sent a follow-up email to the recruiter and they told me that the team does not have a decision yet. I didn't hear for another 2 weeks, sent another follow-up and the same thing. Then ANOTHER 2 weeks went by (so 6 weeks later), I sent a 3rd follow-up email and finally got the rejection. I just wish the company could have told me earlier so I didn't have hopes for that long.
