Interview
First interview the club manager and the honorary secretary of the club. Next phase series of interview e.g. atleast 2 with IT committee of the club. I worked about one week on existing system before they offer me job letter. First 90 days provisional period. In those 3 months one have to prove skills and his/her suitability.
