Chekin interview questions

3 calls. One with a recruiter, and 2 30-mins call with exec team members. Each one of them was 30-mins long, with some questions about my experience and some strategic scenarios

I met with the hr recruiter. Lovely guy very friendly, asked good questions and nice experience. For the second round they gave me one week to create a full business proposal with their actual data, real scenario of how I would change the issues they are experiencing and also create a sales play book in which if I got the job I would use. I felt a little unsure about completing it as I’ve heard of companies taking this info and dropping you. I did it any way and then booked in with the next manager to present it two days later. Lo and behold they canceled my meeting one hour before saying they had hired someone else. What a waste of time but they have some of my ideas now. I’m glad I left it very basic and high level as something felt off giving them a full business plan.
