Throughout the whole process, I was in touch directly with the hiring manager and communication was personalised and not automated. Had a first interview with him followed by a 1h30 interview with 2 team members which involved a coding exercise (not very difficult) and some in depth questions about various technical aspects and project management. Throughout the process, they were always on time with their responses and although I didn't receive an offer at the end, they give me very detailed and constructive feedback. I wish more companies would adopt this hiring process.
