Chatham Financial Financial Risk Analyst interview questions

The first round of the interview primarily focuses on exploring your behavioral attributes and examining your previous professional experiences in detail. Lasting approximately 30 to 45 minutes, this session leans more towards understanding how you've handled situations in the past rather than assessing your technical expertise. Interviewers are keen to uncover insights into your problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership qualities by asking a series of in-depth behavioral questions.

Interviewed with a few people, one part of the interview was the "ask tough questions to see how you think", I was an engineer and did it pretty easily. Two other finance guys interviewed with me that day, they had more trouble with the out of the box questions
