Great team of dedicated, smart people. Excellent benefits and perks (free coffee/drinks/snacks, on-site gym and pub, activities that are actually fun).
Cons
There were a lot of learning opportunities, but depending on where you are in the organization, it can be difficult to advance.
There is a lot of investment in new technologies, especially AI. As AI continues to evolve, Chatham is investing in employees by giving us opportunities to learn and use these tools so we can stay ahead of the curve and be leaders in the industry. That's a huge plus.
The people here are also unmatched. I've worked at other companies, and I can honestly say this is the best culture I've been a part of. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely cares about each other's success.
