I was contacted by a recruiter who put me in contact with their director of IT. The recruiter did a 30 minute video screening with me, and then passed on my information. A few days later I had a 30 minute call with the director of IT to go over my qualifications. A week after that I was given an hour long in-person interview at their Littleton office, where I was asked a series of behavioral questions relative to the job and the company culture. The atmosphere at the office is very relaxed and close-knit. The employees all act like family — it’s refreshing after being in a corporate environment for so long. They seem focused on staying at the forefront of technology, which is surprising, but great for someone in the developer role.
