Not very in depth. Room of administrators asking how you would proceed in your own personal classroom. Be prepared to speak on rigor and scaffolding skills and practice. Make sure you are prepared to answer questions on assessments without requiring homework or excessive test.

Phone interview lasted about an hour. Asked great questions about teaching style. The team was friendly and open to answering all of my questions about the position. I received an offer within a few days of interviewing.

Difficult to get in and speak with a principal. You have to get approval from the district first. Then the principals are given a list of approved people they can contact for jobs. You can't just call or drop off your resume.
