Interview
Two interviews, the first one with two analyst/junior level employees and the second one with upper management. Both are case study based, the first one being more complex and detailed and the second one involving a set of shorter but harder cases. Some technical and behavioral questions. The senior levels employees interviewing me ended up being quite arrogant and disrespectful.

First round was behavioral but they will grill on answers/activities on your resume, so know those really well. Will say that the interviewers did not seem super friendly which was a bit unfortunate

Received first round two weeks after submitting the application. Heard back after two weeks. Very standard behavioral questions relating to previous research, internship and general interest in CRA. Interviewers seem pretty chill.
