questions about my resume, questions about my experience working with data, they also asked me to describe an economic concept. Overall felt the interviews hadn't even looked at my application before the interview

First round was behavioral but they will grill on answers/activities on your resume, so know those really well. Will say that the interviewers did not seem super friendly which was a bit unfortunate

Received first round two weeks after submitting the application. Heard back after two weeks. Very standard behavioral questions relating to previous research, internship and general interest in CRA. Interviewers seem pretty chill.
