Charge Financial Group interview questions

Received a call and a text about setting up an interview, returned the call and they said they wanted to do a webinar due to covid. This was an hour of my life I will never get back. If you know absolutely nothing about insurance, or want to learn about this guy's family and travels then by all means... take the time for the webinar. You will learn absolutely nothing about the job other than the fact that it's a bait and switch. This isn't a "director" position or anything with any sort of leadership responsibility. They are hiring for an sole-contributing sales rep with a "carrot on stick" of a future promotion to Director. 100% waste of time.

Group interview with 8-9 people. Presentation on insurance products that you will be selling. Felt like a sales pitch for a time share. I found out that the role I came in to apply for was misrepresented, and this would be a door to door sales role. Long story short, unless you’re completely comfortable going door to door, don’t apply. No matter what the job says it is in title, it’s the same job.
