Very calm, they actively ensure that you are not on the spot or jittery. Interview is more of a vibe check process than a technical knowledge test. Interview is exactly timed to end at the set duration of 15 minutes and 30 minutes.

They have a very thorough application process.
1st stage is the aptitude assessment administered by dragnet solutions.
2nd stage is a 90 seconds video introduction where you speak about yourself, why you are interested in building a career with them and why you believe you are a good fit for the program
3rd stage is the panel interview with about 5-6 senior members present.
4th stage is another interview with top level executives and CEO
