I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Change.org
Interview
Had a great interview with the recruiter there who seems to really be invested in my candidacy. They tried to fast-track the scheduling of my interview with the hiring manager because they knew there were candidates already in the latter stages of the interviewing process. Unfortunately, my interview with the hiring manager was cancelled as a candidate had accepted an offer for the role. Can't speak much for the rest of the staff but the recruiter was amazing and actually knew her stuff about tech tools.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Cultural questions about collaboration and communication.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Change.org (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Recruiter contacted me and scheduled a technical phone screen with their principal engineer.
After 1st technical phone screen, another technical phone interview was scheduled. This involved 2 programs.
Then onsite interview in their SF office. 6 back-2-back interviews (same as most of SF technical interviews at software companies).
Recruiter was very nice and communicative during whole process.
Not sure what happened, after reference checks, they decided to not proceed further with me. I am sure it was because of budgeting concerns.
