This is a recruiting company. First, the recruiter interviews you and determines if there is a fit for them to forward you on to the hiring company. I was not forwarded on. I was told by the owner of this company that I would never get a job based on my experience unless I got a certification or did some heavy networking at ASAE events. (Note, I did get a job, thank goodness, where these exclusionary biases were not an issue.)
