Certified Technical Experts interview questions

Had 2 phone interviews and 1 in person interview only to be told weeks later that they weren’t hiring for the position at this time. A total waste of my time. Seems like a very disorganized company. The people were nice and the interviews went well but you shouldn’t waste people’s time if you have no intentions of hiring them.
