Had one phone screen. Person did not communicate well, didn't really understand english either. They asked me how come I'm the only devops engineer in my company of 80,000+ people, when I NEVER said that. Also smirked during the middle of it and only asked like 2 relevant questions. Was late to the interview as well. Funniest part was They asked me why I applied to the role if I only have 1.5 years of experience and they need someone with 3.. like you're the one who selected me for an interview? Another thing was if you ask them to clarify a phrase they used, they gives you a confused look and stay silent.
