I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Certero (London, England) in Mar 2020
Interview
The interview process was indepth and gives the impression that you are working for a structured IT company when in fact you are not. It is more what you can do for them rather than a beneficial mutual agreement.

Question 1
What can you bring, How can you help us, How, When, Why etc.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Certero (Manchester, England) in May 2022
Interview
I was approached through an agency to apply for the role. Initially I was interested and sent my CV across. I was then interviewed with a recruiter. When I tried to delve a little deeper into package details and also their hybrid working policy I kept getting vague answers. An interview with senior stakeholder (seemed extreme for the role) was arranged though there was still no clarity on my questions. I then looked on Glassdoor and made the decision to withdrawn my application and politely said I didn't think the org was a fit for me. The agency wouldn't then take no for an answer and couldn't understand why I wouldn't be interested. To me its simple. Answer the package questions and make improvements to your company so Glassdoor isn't as bad.
