The interview was conducted in two stages. There was a screening round conducted by the Heads of PMO and Software Engineering respectively. They inquired about my background in developing and supporting complex solutions for different geographies and domains. This was followed by an interview with the Head of Service Delivery, this was conducted over Skype where my credentials as a PM were verified. I also had to take a PSIU test to determine if I was fit for my job. The company follows a vision set using the concept of "Organizational Physics". Post these two rounds, there was an informal dinner with the CTO, Head of Delivery and Head of Professional services. There were the background verification formalities before receipt of the offer letter.
