3 separate phone interviews with senior level personnel within the department (1 ~ 2 each). An on-site interview followed involving a presentation in a group setting. An offer came shortly after the on-site interview/presentation.

Very poor and unprofessional, not a good experience. Some red flags. Prepared a presentation, and the second round the interviewer strangely did not even let me speak. Was mainly 26 minutes of them talking, and 4 minutes for questions. Interview should be conversational. When I asked for a an update I only got a response weeks later and they said they will update me again, only to never do so. Shockingly unprofessional waste of time.
