The interview process for the position of investment banking intern at Castle Placement, was very straightforward. A single round interview, where most of the discussion revolved around my background and behavioral questions, taking around 30-40 minutes.

There was a final round with a partner at the firm. Very straightforward behaviorals, which were nice to have. They expect to teach you everything on the job so no need to worry about anything coming up.
