I applied for a position in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. A recruiter reached out within 24 hours after my application to schedule an interview. Twenty minutes prior to my scheduled interview, the recruiter emailed me to cancel the interview, stating the hiring manager wasn't sure if it was still open but the recruiter would be in touch. Less than 24 hours later I received an email to reschedule the interview at a specific date/time. I was not able to attend the specific date/time so I requested other options. I never heard back from the recruiter until I received the following message 2 months later: Thank you for taking the time to participate in the interview process for [not available]. We sincerely enjoyed speaking with you about your background and hope you found the discussion with us interesting and informative. While we found your professional background, education and skills sets competitive, we have concluded that you are not the best match with the requirements for this particular position. Please continue to visit as new positions become available daily. For additional feedback, please contact the hiring manager directly.
