Carrier Embedded Software Engineer interview questions

Applied for the position on Indeed. A few days later a young recruiter approached me and said my experience was impressive and match for the position. Asked if he could call me. Then he called me and the whole conversation was around the fact if I have green card or not. I have L2 Visa with work permit. He promised to check if L2 would be OK. Few days later I follow up and he gets back to me saying literally this: "I THINK we don't accept L2". This leads me to two things: one, he didn't check with the position manager if L2 was OK and he was not sure about it; two, he is completely unaware that L2 visa does not require sponsorship and can work for any employee. I follow up other few times asking the details why L2 wouldn't be ok and he never replied back, simply ghosted me. Very disappointing experience.

Interview process contains assessment which has negative marking it has 50 bits I guess after that two technical interviews will be there each round is eliminator if we clear it then HR interview will be there
