the worst HR interview i have had. No empathy and they peddled their usual fake responses. Took them 4 weeks to reach out. Qns i asked: 1. Why was role vacant for more than 7 months ? Reply: They could find good candidate in india/singapore. They are cautious when they hire people and dont wish to panic later and lay off people. 2. Why do u want hire me ? Ans: no answer 3. Did u do layoffs ? Ans: Yes we had to lay off 100 of our BEST engineers. ---- So you see, they were contradicting themselves. They like to hire right people but laid off 100 of their best. I was surprised how the HR could be so insensitive and give fake replies. --- bottom line: avoid this company unless u need the job badly
