The process was a bit unorganized it seemed. I was contacted by a recruiter whom I responded to via email. Didn't hear back for awhile. Then finally I heard back a week or two later, had the hr phone screen. Then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I came in for an in-person interview with the hiring manager, their boss, and another designer. Fairly general questions to be expected during an interview. During the interview, I did learn that the company has shrunk due to a loss of govt contracts so things didn't seem too promising after hearing that. When I asked questions, I often got a lot of very vague responses. After the interview, I didn't hear anything for weeks and finally received a call that the contract was "on-hold." 🤔
