Initial interview, then a home task and presentation. Very pleasant interview. Got told I'd hear back within days, then got ghosted. No response to my follow-up either. After spending hours on the task that is so so disrespectful.

Interview
I had a 30 mins interview with the hiring manager. After introductions, we discussed deeper about my qualifications and he asked certain technical details about my work. He was very friendly and it did not feel stressful. He gave me a detailed view of the institute and the work done there.
