I applied to an internship for Cargill online and weeks later got a call that they were interested in interviewing me for a Co-Op instead. I got interviewed in person through my college, the interview was standard behavioral questions, but the person interviewing me was not at all interested in anything I had to say, never looked me in the eye, never smiled or said much, just generally seemed very uninterested with my answers. This made me feel very discouraged in applying to anything for Cargill again.
