3stages recruitment process:
1.VOICE RECORDING -10 QUESTIONS:
You are sent a very structured email asking the candidate to send a voice recording answering 10 questions and this has to be sent by end of day (same day) as’ the next interview round will be offered on a first come first served basis’.
2. 45-MN VIDEO CALL
Asked to watch an hour long ‘video training’ prior the Zoom call and read a script.
During the 45-minute video call, you will do mock call practice over and over with direct feedback for you to adapt each mock.
3. IN PERSON 45MN- ‘INTERVIEW’
A 45 in-person ‘interview’ with 3 people.
Initially told it was an interview, but it was again a Mock call practice for 80% of the meeting and only 2 questions about me. Very Confusing

PROs: Very organised and clears information for the first 2 stages ONLY.
The team seems friendly during the three stages.
CONS: several red flags could be asserted during the process:
*I was sent an email on a Friday at 8PM and a follow up email on the next Monday at around 8:30AM…. Which didn’t allow the candidate to even answer even let the candidate during business hours.
* Was asked outside the interview to send a mock email with notes I had taken pretending to send this to my manager. This could have been asked during the interview time slot allocated.
*3rd interview was not structured and not as organised unlike the 2 previous ones.
Was told it was an interview but in fact it was 80% Mock call trial which would have been great to be aware prior meeting for me to prepare.
I was asked to find infos about 'potential prospect' and fill in an excel sheet.
1 question about myself and 1 question about why I chose to apply for the job.
No real conversation about their culture or organisation unless you ask.
OVERALL: You can feel the company wants to take a different approach in their recruitment as mentioned on their website however this is clearly all about the company testing you with no real interest toward the candidate itself.
The only few questions about the candidate were very superficial
The 3 stages process could be shortened to avoid wasting time for both the candidate and the Company if they wish to focus on Mock calls.
Very time-consuming interview process for a Business Development Manager position.
