Generally unorganized, many short interview rounds across days/weeks making it hard to coordinate time away from work. Very limited/poor communication from the team and particularly from the HR representative. I felt there was a lack of transparency and respect for the interviewee compared to other companies I’ve interviewed at.

Tell me a controversial take on a carbon management strategy.
30 minutes long – and felt like it was never going to end. The interviewer was cold and disengaged from the start. No pleasantries or intros. They barely looked at the screen. It was like interviewing with a robot. I've never had such an icy experience in an interview.

Quick, four interviews in a few weeks, met with five people total. Everyone was very kind and seemed like they genuinely wanted me to do well. Received feedback very quickly too, maybe 1 - 2 days after interviews they would let me know what was next.
