The process itself was not very hard. I submitted my resume through LinkedIn and received a phone call a couple of days after. I was invited to the face-to-face interview with SEO Manager where I demonstrated my portfolio and received a home assignment. After I sent a completed assignment, I got another phone call from the manager saying that this position is mine.
