The phone interview took 45 mins. Candidate has to write code in online white board.
First 15 mins they will introduction their company and work, the rest 30 mins solving problem.

The company recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn with a job opportunity. We scheduled an initial interview. He did not call at the appointed time, nor did he offer any explanation.
This lack of professionalism reflects badly on the company.
I wonder what else they are saving on besides cheap recruiters...
After an on-site interview, they told me they wanted to hire me but didn’t have a job just yet... and strung me along for 3 months before ghosting me after the recruiter (their recruiter) I was working with left the company.
