The interview process is very scripted. The questions are predetermined and the committee takes turns asking questions. It would be nice if it was a bit more conversational. They could at least ask follow up questions to some of your answers. Be prepared with your own questions to ask them if you want to get a conversation going.

Zoom interview with principal and member of the team. Asked questions about my experience and rotated asking questions from a list. Overall fairly good interview. Got a personal call that I was not chosen.
