Simple and sweet, asked about automotive and customer service experience. Asked about work history and informed me of schedule and the type of work that is involved. Interviewed with service director and parts/ warehouse manager.

What is your experience in the automotive industry? What history do you have in customer service? Are you available from 7am to 6pm during the weekday and 8 to 4pm during rotational Saturdays?
The interview process was very straight forward. I met with a single person, learned about the company, and answered the structured interview questions. I had the single interview and received offer of employment a few days later.
