First was the phone screen, super short. Then a short video call with managers. I was invited for an onsite interview with the entire team I'd be supporting. Over 5 different sets of interviews, all over the course of 2 hours. Like a panel? Only person prepared was one of the managers interviewing me. Felt like everyone else found out I was coming like an hour before.
