Relatively basic interview, just need to know how algorithms work and Java syntax. Just need to be calm and collected and you do well. From what I heard most people failed that same interview because it was on a white board .
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Sort an array. Remove elements from the array. Avoid null pointers.
I applied online. I interviewed at Capco (Pune) in Jan 2026
Interview
Initial communication by HR: There will be 2 Technical rounds and then 1 manager and HR
Actual process: After clearing 2 Technical rounds, ghosted for 10 days, then a new HR took over. Then gave 1 test and 1 more technical round. Cleared both of them.
Then there was client round.
The client round was rescheduled for 4 times in 2 weeks. Such a big company by name and no clients available for the candidate clearing 4 rounds. Also, I observed Client is God culture. We can't do anything because it's client, we can't say anything because it's client. So, who is the candidate? A needy random person?
