Interview
Initial screening call followed by a 2 stage interview process. Genuinely enjoyable compared to many robotic processes. Each stage felt genuinely personal with strong engagement from both sides. This allowed the interview to feel more conversational than simply ask and answer. Mix of situational and experience questions but I was not made to feel pressured or tested, the interviewers seemed genuinely interested.

Really great interview. Nice and friendly interviewers. Conducted through online with multiple rounds with HR, Hiring Manager, and MP. Gets progressed quickly and hears feedback from them if you pass the rounds

Interview
Three short online interviews (~20min), each fairly similar with typical interview questions, each with a different person. The start date was approximately 3 weeks after an offer was made. Very friendly interviewers.

There was clear communication throughout the process; I felt comfortable with the interviewers, enjoyed a great conversation, appreciated their detailed answers, and valued the opportunity to ask my own questions.
