It has few stages of the interview process, and you will be interviewed by the clients. Even though Capco hiring manager likes you, if the client refuses to proceed with your profile, you will be rejected.

Interview
Straight forward consulting interview. Was a little more technical than expected. HR interview, interview with consultants, then interview with a partner. It was all good, but did not enjoy the interview with the partner.

Interview
The interview was a standard behavioral interview. The man asked relatively benign questions and walked through my resume out loud. He assured me that not having a strictly financial background would not necessarily a deal breaker. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
