Interview
Applied online, got invited to an assessment centre after CV sifting. Was roughly 30 people there, range of degree subjects. Had numerical and logical reasoning tests, teamwork exercises and quick-fire interviews with a number of employees (two minutes with each one). Then got invited back two weeks later for interviews with a managing principle and a consultant. Was told of the result within a week.

Two rounds of interview. One through hirevue and the second one is an hr long interview. That interview is split into two 30 minutes rounds with a different person for each round.

There was one on campus behavioral interview, then an on site interview day with two behavioral interviews and one technical interview. There were optional pre interview dinners that I attended.

Tell me about a time where you worked as part of a team and made a positive contribution.
Submitted a video interview through their service which asked very basic behavioral questions like how would your friends describe you or what are your strengths. Then there were two behavioral interviews with consultants. That asked more about times I overcame challenges or times I learned to pivot and adapt to new conditions.
