Interview
My profile was selected from Naukri for BA role. I got call for interview and Interview was scheduled subsequently. On the given date interview was conducted. It was telephonic round. Interview duration was almost 25 mins. Interview went well.
Later I was told that there is another round i,e skype round slated on the same day . However Skype round didn't happen on the given time. When I contacted HR, she told since it is almost 4 pm that day, she would arrange skype round on Monday but time was not given.
On Monday when I contacted HR, she told I have not cleared first round.
I am shell shocked because on the interview day, I was told I have another round ( i.e skype round scheduled at 12.30 . At 4 PM also I was told that skype round shall happen on Monday....
It is highly unprofessional and shoddy treatment of candidates by HR. Pathetic..

Interview
Fabulous from start to finish. I felt like I could be myself from the beginning and the communication was superb. The people I met along the way were just wonderful and I am so excited to call them my colleagues soon!
They took 4-5 rounds of interviews and kept the position on hold.
Most of the time the HR won’t pick up the call unless an interview is to be scheduled or your due to give an interview.
Otherwise they mostly may not respond you after the interview is completed

Interview with recruiter and plus 3 technical interviews. In all the phases I heard I passed, but they never called to talk with the customer or came with any job offer. I contacted the recruiter who ghosted me.

A lot of questions regarding how you handle common situations of a Business Analyst Job, like: prioritization, issues I've lived during planning sessions or while gathering requirements, examples of how I reacted to each situation, etc. All in english and interviewed by people from India. At least 10 questions.
