Straightforward, efficient process. Applied online and was approached by Capco recruiter. Had initial conversation with him which was followed up quickly with a CV review/interview with a Capco Consultant. I talked through my CV and was asked a few competency based questions. This was an informal conversation where I felt relaxed and could be myself. Next stage was an interview with another Capco consultant which was a scenario based interview where I was given 20 minutes to produce a power-point presentation to show how I would handle the scenario, Final stage was an informal discussion with a Capco partner asking about my experience and motivation.
