Interview
Telephone based interview & then a competency based face to face interview, with two members of management. The interview is based around customer service & they were very intent on the customer journey & how I would help them succeed in this. One member of management would ask the questions & the other would take notes of what was said. They both made me feel very at ease & it was quite informal, considering the position.
