Recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview, met with hiring manger, and then was brought in for a panel interview, in office/ in-person, as the final step in the hiring process. Everyone was great! The people team did seem overworked. Didn't get the role, but, Was told I could follow-up to get feedback. But when I asked for the feedback, I was ghosted. That was frustrating... especially given the time put in to travel for the round. Would much rather hear "we don't have time to offer feedback at the moment" Or even just a few sentences would be great. But silence is just disrespectful. Wouldn't call it a good experience, but wasn't a bad experience either. Average at best...
