They want you to fill out a written questionnaire about some very irrelevant and some relevant topics. The questions are not things that have short answers but would take at least 4 -5 hours to complete. I have listed all of the questions in the area below so you can see the context. This is absolutely ridiculous as a first step in a process. It clears shows that they are out of touch on recruiting high caliber people. I responded and told the hiring manager I was not interested. I recommend you stay away from this company.
