They sent me an interview process that include at 8 or 9 steps. Each taking about one week.
First a written interview with 20 something questions, and second a psychometric test. After I took the psychometric test, they stopped the process.
The whole process is rather biased and stupid. They ask in the written interview like how well you did in high school. For god sake I finished my high school 20 years ago, and I am not looking for my first job!
The psychometric test is even more biased, some of the psychologic test I don't find very good answers to any of the options that I view as suitable for me. The other test basically test your comprehension, basic numeric and spatial recognition, that according to them not only whether you answer correct is important, but the speed also matters. Why the hell is speed so important? Are you trying to recruit a machine that can finish all the task fast and accurate enough? It also makes no reflection of how well this person can do the job well, since as research shows that, to do the job well you sometimes need some 'street smart' - practical intelligence that cannot be measured or captured by such kind of stupid test.
It only shows that this operates like a machine, that they only want people who fit like a cog. They do not value the individual capability and individual creativity.
So, my advice, don't waste your time. ( I read so many negative reviews, I should have listened ).
And to this company,:
If you judge a fish by how well it can swim, it only means you are stupid.
