Bad interview process and waste of time. They make you do a take home case very early in the process, which shows zero respect for candidate's time. One hiring manager advised me not to spend more than a couple hours on it, but the other hiring manager expected me to find "deep insights" in it. The funny thing is, the hiring manager didn't understand sql or data analysis that well! They actually stole the case from somewhere else and have been using the same one for years.
TLDR the company has zero respect for peoples time and doesn't care to actually get to know you. Also, the hiring manager had less than 4 months of experience!
