The interview process was over Microsoft Teams and I was interviewed by two people. It is very low pressure yet the questions are somewhat difficult. I’d make sure to have a lot of personal anecdotes under my belt for this interview.

Tell us about a time where you stood by a decision you made
Wait for hiring campaign for target class. Online application with cover letter and resume. They also hold open house job fairs. Close proximity to the University of Guelph. Initial phone screening, shorter interview, if successful, in person interview.
