Calvatis interview questions

Direct application for the job, at first call interview with HR, then 1:1 interview with HR and manager the questions were classic work experience background, personality but some blockage with the job contract form, the interview closed up with making an offer within a month, 2 months later and nothing just mails that the offer is still in prepare but nothing comes out
