Callaghan Innovation interview questions

Interviewed by employment consultant and internal manager. Offered job halfway through the interview, a new job they created in the interview as we spoke. They were keen to have me start straight away.

Conversational dialogue where I was asked a series of questions designed to test how I met the in-person specifications. I was also given real life examples of the breadth of issues I'd be managing in this role, and given the opportunity to explain how I'd respond to them.
