I had a phone call with a recruiter. The call was more about overarching industry experience over my specific role qualifications. It's a bit different than past interviews. I did think I did well enough to move forward, but I never heard back either way despite multiple follow up emails. I hate companies that ghost candidates after interviewing and that, to me, speaks poorly of the organization as a whole.
