Received an email 3 weeks after application submittal asking if I was still interested and asking to set up a phone interview that afternoon. Had a 30min or so conversation, very positive experience and laid back conversation. Was told I'd hear back in the next few days - received an email 2 weeks later saying they'd chosen someone else.
